Brizz Bowls is Liz and Brittany. They put their two names together to make one name. Brizz has over 20 years of experience cooking healthy meals. It started with a dream of running a food truck. Then they began cooking meal prep for local gyms, like CrossFit Thunderhawks and Forged by Fire. Now they feed people all across Albuquerque and Rio Rancho.
